7. What file formats are available?

All our files are currently available in PDF format.

8. How many times can I download the file?

You can download your files multiple times. If you experience any issues with downloading, contact us at support@emkido.com and we will assist you immediately.

9. Can I access my files later?

Yes, through your account you can access all your purchases at any time.

18. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the file, in accordance with German law (§ 356a BGB).
